Hi. I cant connect to any Samsung tv using my smartview option. 

Any ideas why.

if the tv is a smart tv you shouldnt have any issues, i couldn't mirror view from my dads Samsung led coz it wasn't a smart tv .

other than that you could look into getting a anycast device or chrome cast to connect to your tv and smartview your samsung handset

Please note that smart view will no longer be supported with the Android 11 One UI 3 version.
