The solution is to see that you are trying with Samsung to approve the repair in India and explain some of the circumstances or contact Samsung, the parent company

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

We recommend trying performing a factory reset. Please note that a factory reset will restore your device to its default settings, and all data will be erased. It's essential to back up your data before proceeding. Here are the steps for both data backup and a factory reset:

To back up your data:
Open your device settings and tap on "Samsung account" at the top of the screen.
Select the "Samsung Cloud" option and tap "Back up data," "Restore data," or "Settings."
Find Samsung Cloud in your Samsung Account or access the "Account and backup" menu in device settings to do a backup.
On the next screen, you can select the items you want to back up and tap "Back up now." You can also enable "Auto Backup" to automatically back up selected items every 24 hours.
To perform a factory reset:

Launch the Settings app and tap on "General management."
Select "Reset."
Choose "Factory data reset" and review the information provided.
When you are ready to proceed, swipe to and tap "Reset."
Tap the "Delete all" button to continue with the reset, which will delete all information stored on your phone.

If the issue still persist, we recommend visiting the nearest service center. However, please be advised that whenever the device is out of warranty, repair charges will be applied and this as per the warranty policy in Samsung Gulf. Warranty Conditions are deemed amended in compliance with the Country's applicable rules and regulations.
