u have Snapdragon and still u complain of heat and lag
maybe it's just that optimum settings are not there if u follow some of above given tips it could help to resolve your problem
always factory reset is not the solution
problems arise only while device is running

Yes, I agree every company like apple and oneplus got the flaws, but amount of flaws and impact of these flaws, is what we are talking of.
Samsung majorly marketed s20, by hyping its camera.
If even that's the flaw then, it's 👎.
The overheating issue is widespread and it's so frequent its there in the s10e too, if the flaw(overheating) makes the device unusable, what's the use?
I'm talking generally about the samsung phones releasing these days, don't take it personally.
