Galaxy SHi,
Please bring the device to a Samsung Service Center to help resolve the issue.

Ok well. Assuming that you are new to ADB and FASTBOOT I will explain the complete process.
( GO TO SETTINGS AND ENBALE USB DEBUGGING FROM DEVELOPER OPTIONS BEFORE BEGINNING THE PROCESS)
1) You have to install Samsung drivers to your PC. You can do that by going to this website https://developer.android.com/studio/run/oem-usb . Under OEM drivers you will see a link for Samsung. Click on it and download it.
2) Secondly you have to download SDK Platform tools. To do that head over to this website https://developer.android.com/studio/releases/platform-tools and download the SDK Platform tools for your Operating system(Windows, Mac or Linux).
3) After download The Platform tools zip file extract it to your desktop or any other location you would like.
4) After extracting, refer this guide. https://technastic.com/samsung-recovery-mode/ Scroll down to the last part where is says BOOT INTO RECOVERY MODE WITHOUT PRESSING KEYS.
