Samsung in UAE provided complimentary accidental damage protection for a limited time only when purchasing S9/ S9+ and activate it through Samsung Members and will show under benefits after 10 days!! 1 month so far and nothing showing under Samsung Members - Benefits...

If any one has a clue please raise it.

same here! nothing is showing on Samsung Members... been a month. it says AFTER 10 DAYS it will show, but there's nothing

same here. when I called customer care they said that "you have to create new Samsung account from UAE, don't use account created outside UAE"
