quick charging

I am using  s10   and samsung claim  phone have adaptive fast charging but my phone  never charged before 2 hours  0 to 100 %  ???

Samsung would b releasing and update with super fast charging with 25w charger for s10 family

Fast charging works only up to a certain level. in some cases in 60% and in some cases its 80%.

Even I am facing same issue. Charging from 2 to 100% takes about 2 hours. It takes about 1hr 35 mins on my S7 edge. Is it a known issue and samsung working on a fix?

yes i also use s7 before s10 its the maximum time 1 hour and 35 min

I spoke to customer care and they suggested to check in safe mode. I had a check and it took 1hr 38mins to fully charge. Now I'm not sure what might be causing issue in normal mode. Can you have a check?
