Salam, i bought Samsung galaxy s10 lite, on the first day played pubg and got the issue that my friends in game cant here my voice as they said it hears like you are talking from far away. However, 9 tried every thing i did go to the service center and they reinstalled the software according to them it ia bug and seriously that doesnt work too, the issue is remain there. Secondly, even on low graphics pubg game doesnt run smoothly and drop frames even though i am using game launcher with its plugins downloaded from galaxy store, issue issue is remain there. Why dont we use other gfx tools to run this game even when pay highly for this rubbish phone. Samsung should take steps by launching some app to boost up game and freed up cache and background apps. Anyone who can help me by guiding to refre some apps to perform above tasks and speeds up my phone because samsung doesnt have guts to deliver so. Thankyou.
