problem regarding system updates

I am having problems regarding system updates in my s10+. I have got no updates till now can anyone help me to solve this problem

Try Samsung Smart switch or visit a service center. If you visit a service center, then make sure to take a backup of all your data :)

I bought my smartphone from uae but currently i am leaving in Nepal and the service centre told that go to the country where the product was bought from

Thst is why you are not receiving updates. CSC is not matching.

i have repor the problem but i haven't got any follow up upto now
