sriram, i was able to delete the fprint and face data via samsung find my mobile but the pin cannot be reset. Any way out ?

Bro you should be able to reset the pin too with the unlock option. I dont think there is any solution as of now. I am waiting for a solution too. Haven't reset my phone because iam unable to unlock and retrieve data. Been simply looking at the lock screen since 48 hours.
