I am facing a problem with this phone ( s9+). My Bixby is unable to listening me . My google assistant is not listening to me. My voice recorder is not working. But when I called someone then my microphone doing well. Other can listen me very clear on calls . Now tell me the solution for this

Have you disabled any system apps? Do a hardware diagnostic check in the Samsung members app or use dial code *#0*#. If nothing works, do a hard reset

Try resetting settings only first.

If that doesn't help you have to Reset whole phone.

assistance app requires a good internet connection first

than

clear the cache and data of both apps ( bixby and google assistance)

now open the app again and setup again

use only one assistance app . enabling both at same time this type of issue may occurs
