click notification settings and goto advanced notification - system apps - system UI from there you can turn it off. but it could effect some other features or cause some issues . as it disable system UI notifications permanently or until you re enable it

download the update and instal it. that way the notification will go and the phone will have updated firmware.

Don't install any update before making sure that it doesn't create any issues. You can see how A 50 owners are suffering. Disable the system notifications as advised earlier.
