phone is not charging

My phone s9 is not charging when I plug to charger it is discharging what could be the possible reason for this ? ?? Please help

try using different charger is it not solved use wireless charger may be phones type c port is damaged

bro I checked I found that the problem went with the cable even though I tried with wireless charging the issue is the same .

personally I prefer wireless charging I used the port only in the morning I only charge it on morning only .

what did you do to solve it

dial *#0228# and observe the battery level , battery block and other power related readings..

if nothing works in that menu than do click quick start and switch off the phone and try charging it using a new charger or working one


rest if not charging than do a hardware check
