overheating issue

Hey samsung......i've already sent u lot of messages or reports but no one replyed to me at alll .....i m again writing u ...My phone is working great but when i open camera it heats up u like hell and that makes me very upset ....its my rquest please please resolve this problem ....i will be very greatful to you ...u should work on its heating problem ......i hope u get my msg...thanks

they will probably recommend a factory reset. so do it on your own.backup data and reset. see if that works.

how can i do this factory reset i don't know the steps?

Go into settings -> About -> Reset (at the bottom) -> factory reset.
it will erase all your data so backup your data before proceeding with factory reset.

what's the gurantee if it works or not ..i mean it just only happen when is use camera or when download something from google mostly while using camera...

Bhai apko agr masla hi koi nai ha to idher post mazay leny k liye krty ho? aur reset krna koi buri baat to nai software me maslay ajaty hen reset se theak hojat hen, its normal. aur rhi baat data ki to wo restore hojata ha, even call logs aur sms b wesy k wesy ajaty hen reset k baad. pta nai kya soch k solution mangty ho tum log. guarantee samsung se lo aur btana mujhe kya recommend krty hen wo.
koi cheez b try nai krni aur solution b chahye apko. wah bhai Kaala Jaadu krwa lo. 😤
