Well in india its no time soon the update is comming .. will have to wait a bot long .i guess till diwali . So there is one way to update is to sideload it with adb . 

Any wants to do . Kindly ask me i will let u do, no need to wait . Just flash and enjoi

No, once you sideload the Android 10 you are no longer registered as beta user and hence no OTA updates. For any new update you need to download and sideload it again

thats not a problm u can do it easily .. once the stable version is out then flash the india version and good to go

I'm in no mood to flash things again and again as this is my primary device and it needs to be up and running all time 😢
