Has anyone else had heating or battery problems with One UI 7? I'm using an S23 Ultra and I'm having those issues now after the update.

Yes, even on S24 ultra, battery is draining like if it's a 10 years old phone.

Could you try these steps :
1. Force restart by pressing “volume down key + power” button until the device reboot. After reboot below action.
2. Path: Settings – Apps - One UI Home – Storage - Clear data
