notification history was my idea

Android 11 have notification history. It was suggested by me and i got nothing.  I posted about it on January 24, 2019 and August 14, 2020

notification history- when you swiped a notification without see or seen notification from panel. but after disappear it from panel... you also will be able to see all the notifications as it is you received.

That's the same feature as Noti Star of good lock.
I dismissed all the notification of members app now, I still see the notifications in noti star.

this is a third party app. its not inbuilt feature. and i am not able to see it in my galaxy store. my phone is S9 plus ui 2.5 android 10

It's not third party app. It's samsung app.
You need to install good lock app first.
