not receiving texts

I'm not receiving texts. I've tried reseting setting, clearing old texts, scanning Phone, checking settings. I'm trying to avoid a factory reset... anyone having the same issue?

Sorry man, I'm just wowed by that problem. I don't have any solution, but at least a moral support. hope you will fix the problem, and if you do please repost. so if anyone have it in the future, we will know... Good luck

it not problem of your cell its sim problem
go to inbox click on three dot on the top right corner then

click setting > more setting> text messege > service text number is correct ??? if not ? then you are not recieving your sms !

second problem maybe your sms be block by your sim company..
