Hi everyone. need help. I recorded some footage on my phone and when I played it back there is no sound. I restarted the phone, went to gallery, watched the same recorded video and there was sound. A few days later I recorded something else and the same thing happened. Yes... I checked the volume and it was on full. tried listening through earphones too. seems to be a glitch. only just got this phone so using apps that come with it. has anybody else had this issue and did you manage to rectify it? if so how?
Just to clarify - the sound disappears only on video recordings made on the S8+. It is recorded with sound which you can hear once you restart the phone then disappears again.
