My phone stopped making notifications sound

Hi seumo

Kindly check that you have turned on notifications your device.

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap Notifications.
4. Tap All Apps to turn On/Off.
5. Tap to turn on notification for desired apps.

Also enable your Notification Sound: 

Pull down the notification bar>> tap on SOUND>> increase Notification Volume.
