Does anyone faces poor network problem in s10 plus,i am using jio and airtel sim and faces  this issue in both network

where did u face it if inside house there is no problem in ur mobile but if outside then check if other samsung mobile has same mobile strength if not same that is ur mobile is not catching much signals than other samsung device then go to ur nearest samsung service centre

My s10+ 4g won't work after latest update. I have to use 3g now. Android version 10,

To resolve network issue kindly follow the given below steps:-


1. Reset the device: -Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.

Tap on Settings>Tap on General Management>Tap on Reset.

 

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.

Yes I have reset my s10+ (after taking so much time & risk) even though network issue is not resolved why do you people start releasing filthy softwares and trouble the users. I abserved this happens in every S series phones as I am using S series phones from past 7 to 8 years and ( I hope this is going to be the last one) as I don't want to change so expensive devices after every 1 year as you people want us to upgrade every year.
