bro I suggested you use this app and similar settings and while playing keep the screen resolution to 720p don't worry about the resolution.
keeping high detail enable in the GFX tool app you will get to see the game in high quality.

I get super smoot frames with these settings no hiccups.

Its true that Exynos is bad at gaming when compared to Snapdragon. Install Game plugins app from Galaxy store. After that i get atleast 50+ FPS in smooth and extreme settings. Game play is better after installing Game plugins.
