Yes this issue is common globally on almost all exynos chips on S7/8 and Note8/FE after the oreo update (I've had this issue since May on my Note8). A fix is YET to be found from anyone on the internet and Samsung is yet to even admit this issue exists.

I think its software (since it started because of a update) but apparently there's no other way to fix this without replacing the motherboard.
