my photo stored in gallery by strange ext named henc .. so i cannot opened them

My photos in s10+ stired suddenly by ext henc and i cannot open them in my labtops or other mobiles .contacted you since 3 wks with no reply it is under gurantee i need replacement immediately

Hi, you can go to Galaxy Members home screen, on the lower side on the screen select Get Help then select Remote Support.
Otherwise you can visit the nearest Samsung authorised service centre.
