hello I bought the samsung s23 ultra
1 month ago and the
phone does not offer me a software update and even when I go through the settings
and update I am offered none.
Who was like me please? How do you
had done?I have already contacted
Samsung, they told me as soon
as I buy a phone, they do not directly
offer the software update but it
takes 1 month.
I don't think it's normal, I thought
there was a glitch on the phone.
Thanks to those who will answer me.
I have to specify I have Android
version 13 and One UI version 5.1

Good evening, I tried on the PC but I was not offered an update. I think I will send the smartphone back to the merchant. I think there must be a problem. but thank you for taking the time to respond.

Your handset is rooted. Try updating the firmware using Odin3 software while simultaneously downloading the firmware.

First, you should download the firmware based on your phone's model number and then extract it. You should also download Odin 3 software on your Windows laptop and then perform the reprogramming or flashing of your handset while it has been put into download mode.
