 in my phone I don't have option to record a calls I requesting to Samsung I need a new update so I can record all incoming outgoing calls

as for now samsung is not planning to include that kind of service in updates, more so they wont do a custom update for a single user and their needs. you'll need to install a third party app to record calls

Plus its illegal to record calls at certain countries, so I doubt that Samsung would ever add call recording as a built in service.

You can download from play store app that automatically records incoming calls

Hi dear, with update to android P, Google have themself limited the call recording function. Most of the phones running on android Pie(most of the brands) can't record phone calls.
The only solution available as of now is to install a third part call recorder and to put the call to be recorded in loud speaker.
If loudspeaker is not enabled, other party sound will be so feeble in the recording and most of the time it can't be heard.
