my edge lighting is not working since years. Samsung, DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS.

It was working perfectly fine when I bought the phone. After months.. the edge lighting stopped working with effects. I WANT THE EDGE LIGHTING TO BE WORKING FINE TO FEEL THE BEAUTY OF MY PHONE DISPLAY TO ITS FULLEST. 
DO SOMETHING SAMSUNG.

Hi there,

 

Ensure that the edge lighting feature is enabled, check it via- Settings > display > edge lighting > enable and mange.

 

Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:

1- Reset the settings via- Settings > general management > reset > reset settings.

2- Check the mentioned issue in safe mode.

3- Check for the latest device O/S (Settings > Software Update > Download updates manually).

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > click on “+“icon > send feedback > error report/ask questions).
