multi windows option not selecting

I'm use the ordinary factory theme but doesn't seem to multi split the windows, of the option isn't selected.

disable finger sensor guestures and try

just try one thing more...
please select settings->display->easy mode
select eezymode and click done.
then just turn it off.

you'r a genius. worked thanks alot. switched it back to normal. any idea when bixby voice could roll out in other continents/countries?
