Hello guyz iam using samsung gakaxy s8 and its showing moisture alert that dry the jack but the thing is that its completely dry i dont know why its showing and i cant charge it can anyone help me plzzzz...

this is a common problem

if possible use wireless charger for a few days and problem will go away in some days

another solution is to restart the phone, plug in the charger as soon as the Samsung logo appears, phone will start charging...

this is a temporary fix but once it starts charging, take it to 100%

this problem arises due to sub standard cable or charger, try switching to genuine
