low voice when calling with social networking apps like watsapp and google duo?

Hai guys, i ve a problem with my samsung s9 plus mic. When i talk in vedio or oudio calls with google duo and watsapp voice become very low. As well as if i talk with carrier its good. So i dont know is there any hardware or software issue. 

Is there any trouble shooting technics let me know. Thank u.

How come you find out that your voice is low on whatsapp and google duo?

If the person you called told you then it might be their mobile problem, or there mobile speakers are at back or having issues.

indeed, but one person said like that then its ok.. more persons says like this then how could i concluded tell me.. thank u for posting.

This is unusual. Only thing I can think of is that during voice call, mic is near to your mouth and in video call it is at distance.

For trouble shooting you will need 3 mobiles.

call from your mobile to other mobile on speaker and record with third mobile. Repeat it with video call but hold your mobile like you hold for voice call and compare two recordings. If both are same then the culprit is the distance of video call or your hand is blocking mic.

Or use headphones/earphones.
