low hotspot connectivity complaint

When I share data with others using my samsung s10+ have weak connectivity / low ping. So can not use it in a gaming console very well

Could any body help me solve this issue

As it is "wifi" for others, lots of background activities may be there. Just enquire them. Check yours too.

do I need to reset my phone or just clear some software?

Usually, while using hotspot, the recipients drain lots of data in the background. Especially, if they are getting a wifi after a long time. I was just mentioning that.
