lost contacts after update

hello,

updated my s7 edge last night, lost all the contacts and when i enter the contacts app its stuck like the attached pic and then exit the app!! I dont have a back up. any ideas?

Try to use any third party software available at play Store to check if you have not losted your contacts.. Some time Builtin software have some issues while loading them..
