This is a known issue in One UI 2 Beta. You can check other threads in the forum on what to do.

yes many users with one ui 2.0 beta have incurred this issue
1. problem is that you cannot reset password
2. solution is that Samsung will release update to it but to update your phone you have to unlock it but you cant.
only you have is to reset your phone
