Hello all,

I was wondering if anyone else was experiencing problems with their phone randomly restarting after the latest update? and if so, if they had any way to fix this problem?

Same here. all of us experiencing that shit after the update. especially while using youtube.

Is it on S7 or S7 edge ,the update received ?

Same with mine. I've done everything but the downgrade yet... Safe mode, cache cleaning in recovery mode, maintenance storage option cleaning and soft resets every time it freezes.

The device is new and the nougat upgrade was done right after the first boot.

Is there anybody who knows if there is any Samsung plan to release a patch to solve this issue?
