Hi All,
I have a strange problem. I am using Samsung Galaxy S10+. In my phone, Jio & Airtel Wifi calling working. However, whenever I connect to my home broadband network, my Jio Wi-Fi calling gets disabled and turns off automatically. Airtel Wi-Fi calling continues to be working all the time. I have tried calling Jio & my broadband provider both, but no luck.
Can someone suggest how can I enable Jio Wi-Fi calling as well?

I tried changing MTU on my router and then jio vowifi worked a few times for a few minutes.

You should try a smaller value. If you can open command prompt, there is way you can determine the optimal MTU size by using the Ping.

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

1. Check device network mode settings
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > network mode SIM1 or SIM2 > network mode.

2. Check network operator settings
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators > Select automatically > OK > Registered on network.

Note: We recommend to set device network operators as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).

Thank you for writing to Samsung.

Warm Regards,
