issue with samsung notes

Actually I forgot my password of locked notes in samsung notes application, when am trying to recover the password by clicking forget password.

It says :-Delete all locked notes? you signed in with a new samsung account To use this new account In samsung notes you need to delete all your previous locked notes.

But the thing is am using the same account, didn't change my account. 

Please help me, there are lot important things in notes,

sir...please perform forget password then .....reset it by using Samsung account....it will help you to reset password only none of your notes will deleted by this.......if I gave your answer..then please accept my solution by clicking 3 dots of my comment 👍

I do not have any option to perform forget password.

you signed with new Samsung account....and you prepared notes when you used old account?

No I am using the same samsung account.

no actually this is the only account I have in samsung...am using this from the beginning

when I lock my notes and press forgot password this shows

try resetting device and yes next time do use fingerprint also and yes did you backup your phone to samsung account you must make a samsung account because whever you reset your device it'll show option of biometrics and account attachment to device that account is very safe and keeps all your data contacts and notes pics whatever is important you can also link your email to it because I did and whenever it reset it bring back things the way they were try setting account and biometrics after resetting I hope it helps👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍or you could uninstall app and reinstall software glitch
