any suggestions? instagram just wont open. disabling it says all data will be lost. Going to factry version says all data will be lost. so can anything be done without loosing any data? i am using samsung galaxy s7 edge.

We really apologize for the app stopped issue facing in the device. We would like to inform you that as your data is stored in the Instagram ID so all data will be safe even you uninstall the application. We suggest you to follow the below steps to overcome the issue:
- Navigate to apps >> Settings >> Apps >> Tap on three dots >> Reset app preferences.
- Navigate to apps >> Settings >> Apps >> Instagram >> Force stop >> Clear data.
- Update the Instagram app.
- If still issue persists, the relevant department will serve you better, if you can provide logs/video within 15 minutes of issue occurrence by registering this feedback in Error Section (Samsung Members App -> Feedback -> Questions/Errors -> Create -> Error reports).
