how to redeem active 2 offer for s21 plus. i bought my phone in march.

I bought my samsung galaxy s21+ this march and i dont the offer to redeem active 2 on my samsung shop app. Anyone know how to redeem? Did anyonw redeemed it yet from march offer? Please me Out here. Thanks in advance. 😉

The offer is now active. I was able to redeem the watch @990 for the Samsung Galaxy S21 we bought on 6th of March. Only black colour is available for redemption

For me its not showing the offer there now also. Just checked. And i want black only.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling app and loggin in again. Act fast before it goes out of stock again

I saw the message there on samsung shop. It says the offer is active now only for those who activated their mobile on or before 9th march. So isliye mera nai a raha

Bro I also got my device on 19 and activated on same day. Received mail from samsung stating you can redeem watch on 25 March but offer is not available in app till date

Aaj fir call kiya tha maine samsung care, wo kehte is hafte ho jayega. Fuddu bana rakha hai. Premium phone holders ke sath aisa tucha behave ho raha hai😐
