u can do one thing go to phone click on 3 dot> click on " call to show> and select anyone option except incoming and all call

you have to turn of lockscreen notifications....i am giving screenshot( NOTE : IF SOMEONE CALLING YOU AND YOU WANT TO HIDE HIS CONTACT NAME OR NUMBER TO DISPLAYING THEN IT'S NOT POSSIBLE,,FOR NOT ONLY SAMSUNG ,I HAVE DOUBT THAT THIS FEATURE IS PRESENT IN ANY DEVICE OR NOT .....)

SOLUTION 1:
Simple and 100% working solution: First take backup of your contacts and then delete all your contacts from your device from your contact apks drive and also unistall and disable services which find the callers info via network.Now no info will be shown on lockscreen as well as when device is unlocked.Only one drawback you have to keep on restoring and deleting the contacts simultaneously to check who called you and enable donot show caller info on lockscreen.
