there is no any specific settings to stop heat, but you can stop at a certain limit, btw when ur phone get heated?

That's because of largest software update,drop feedback to Samsung

Stop doing your multitasking needs

Close all apps running in the background

Stop using your device while poor signal

Avoid using your phone for long time
