I have s20 plus. I am frustrated with its battery performance. I just think I have wasted my money. Its background battery drain is eating battery with power saving mode also. I will never recommend to buy such mobile which says more about their smartphone but gives user frustration.

buddy at time all have same problem so wait for next update & optimize your phone after using only this way (in my view) to stop background battery drain.

Reep, prolly your unit issue. Im getting decent battery life with nothing major draining lot of juice in background. Ps drain is bhery low thats very rare. Getting 6hrs + sot if i use as heavy and regular weekdays use im easily able to cross 7hrs 45 mins sot standby of mostly 22hrs ig. Note im using 120hz always. Idle drain is 3% for 8 hrs.

Here is an ss of sot which i got S20+ last weekend. With slight gaming and lot of telegram im able to cross 6hrs easily. If you wants 8hrs and more battery switch 60hz. This is with stock home launcher. I switched to a different launcher cause i hate the stock. Battery life improved a bit after that

im having nearly 8 hrs of SOT. yes background app eats up battery. thus i have put most of the apps to sleep when not in use, which are not required to update live.
