I would say that although both phones are similarly match in many ways , the s10 however is the phone that comes up on top . The s10 has way more features and software is more updated than on the note 9 ,you get a better camera,processor and screen quality and let's not forget the ultra sonic in-display fingerprint sensor on the s10. I suggest go for the latest device as it is future proof in many ways . The note 9 is great in many aspects but the s10 is more updated and you'll get more with for your money
