as its camera glass is very poor and as it broken automatically and I'm having accidental protection but people at samsung customer care hearing World lucknow asking money i think it is cheating on the part of samsung

Ihad purchased S20 ultra and also purchased accidental protection insurance my phone camera glass broken by itself without any fall .ihad complained at F1 infosolution lucknow and they had taken my phone and paid labour charge in advance bill no.4305688774 dated 9th July but my phone is still with them and whenever I contact they are saying quality check has failed so we will take more time .it is more than 1month if u can not rectify my problem tell me exact date or replace the phone .otherwise I have to lodge complaint to consumer court
