heating issue in S20 plus

When use camera for 5 minutes the mobile heats a lot and not only on camera when simply browsing internet or watching videos it temperature rises abruptly

close all recent tabs and data reset your phone your problem will solve if not let me know

Background apps keeps draining battery and making device to heat a lot specially when camera is opened and other tasks are running in background.
