Galaxy S1. Go through the device care once per day.
2. Give your device a rest, you can set it to automate restart on your sleeping hours in the device care.
3. Uninstall frequently used apps.
4. Check the apps Which consume more battery in the device care menu.
5. Clean the system chace.
There are many things you can do if the above tips dont work effcient you can go to samsung authorized service centres.

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
1. Uninstall the unnecessary apps. Too many apps installed on device may cause the device heating issue.
2. Long duration of graphics intensive gaming sessions may cause the heating issue. Avoid long gaming sessions.
3. Usage of mobile phone when charging may cause the heating issue. So we recommend you to avoid usage of mobile phone while charging.
