heat problem !

I have s9+ , almost completed one year experience, started having heat problem! 

Need suggestions.

remove certain app
the list is

1 ar emoji and it's related apps that is disable the ar emoji function

2 disable certain apps that you dont use

3 resistrict background data for all apps

4 put apps to sleep

5 always put in dark mode

6 get rid of ar emoji function telling you this because I also faced this problem. so I got rid of the ar emoji function the function isn't do good to device get rid of this and its related apps as well like stickers and all that this the main problem from this

remove case while charging and if your device is heating remove case from it

Also don't charge when the phone is hot.. let it cool down..

once must hard reset the phone

try booting into safe mode, clear cache of apps that are bigger in size. if problem persists enable developer option and select kill background apps.

bhai 2nd os update ke baad samsung flagship ke saath aisa hota hai,
and also they couldn't fix it.
i have a s8 and in oreo everything is great, but after updating to pie phone gaming performance **bleep** and heats very quickly.
