How to  **bleep** your hardware is working properly?

I have a samsung phone where microphone is not working but i can hear the voice on speaker.. what can i do to find out the problem?

Hi try switch on switch off, try wiping cache, try restoring settings, check if software updates up to date. lf all does not help, you need to change microphone.

Check whether problem is with a single app or with all apps.
