if you recently updated your phone to ui 2.0 . clear the system cache.may it will work

Bro, first of all give required permission to AR DOODLE

Then👇
clear gallery and camera cache..
or
settings>applications>click at 3 dots>select show system apps>scroll down to system UI>clear cache and try again

Also, clear cache/data of AR DOODLE..
settings>applications>click at 3 dots>select show system apps>select AR doodle>clear cache/data

Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issue:

  • Check the internal storage of the device and clean it (Setting> Device Care>Storage> clean now).
  • Perform reset setting (Setting> General Management> Reset>Reset setting).
  • Run the device in safe mode and check the issue.
  • Perform the clear cache of app (Settings>>apps>>tap on 3 corner dots>>show system app>>gallery app>>storage>>clear cache)
  • Enable the permission of AR doddle (Settings>>apps>>tap on 3 corner dots>>show system app>>AR Doddle>>permission>>enable for all)
  • If still issue not resolved, please register your concern in Samsung members app (click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).
