S10 PLUS isn't working properly. AR Doodle isn't working. There are some hanging issue in gallery look at these pictures. It's a flagship phone. Come on Samsung Solve these problems...

if you recently updated your phone to ui 2.0 . clear the system cache.may it will work

Bro, first of all give required permission to AR DOODLE
Then👇
clear gallery and camera cache..
or
settings>applications>click at 3 dots>select show system apps>scroll down to system UI>clear cache and try again
Also, clear cache/data of AR DOODLE..
settings>applications>click at 3 dots>select show system apps>select AR doodle>clear cache/data

Galaxy SHi there,
Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issue:
- Check the internal storage of the device and clean it (Setting> Device Care>Storage> clean now).
- Perform reset setting (Setting> General Management> Reset>Reset setting).
- Run the device in safe mode and check the issue.
- Perform the clear cache of app (Settings>>apps>>tap on 3 corner dots>>show system app>>gallery app>>storage>>clear cache)
- Enable the permission of AR doddle (Settings>>apps>>tap on 3 corner dots>>show system app>>AR Doddle>>permission>>enable for all)
- If still issue not resolved, please register your concern in Samsung members app (click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).
