I bought s23 a year ago. After the expiry of my warranty my phone got a green line issue.i contacted the service centre and the told me that my model does not get free replacement after guarantee period.
my phone does not have any physical damage.its not my fault that my phone got display issue.its the fault of samsungs software and hardware.
They are charging Rs 8750 for display change.
I lost my confidence and trust in samsung.
I am not buying samsung products again
Samsung please improve your customer services.

Bro get a job sheet from the service center and give a complaint in nch website with that. Samsung often forgets that India has consumer courts. This works cause theres no other way
