Cloud Print and Wireless Printing are not the same.
That's all I can tell you. Check Google Support page.

First of all, check Googles Cloud Print help page
https://support.google.com/cloudprint/answer/1686197?hl=en
It clearly says you have to use chrome to register your device to enable cloud printing (2.0). I don’t know how a person can be so ignorant.
Now refer to HP website for Cloud Print Support
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02817255
This page also clearly states for using Cloud Print you need to enable it through Chrome.

The feature which you mentioned is Wireless Printing. Through this option you can print on any Wi-Fi enabled or network printer if it’s connected to your device either through Wi-Fi direct or through same Wi-Fi network(mobile and printer must be on same network)
As you have shared some screenshots please check the screenshots,
1. My printer connected to mobile device wireless through HP Smart app( both devices on same Wi-Fi network)
2. Documents that are scanned directly into my android device
3. Print Plugins
I can print either wireless to this printer through Wi-Fi direct, home network if both devices are on same network or through cloud print for which I have registered with my Google ID(with this option I can print to device from any part of the world)
